      Mug gets you there.

Every company on the planet is trying to figure out how they can add AI without blowing up everything about their business that already works.
They don't want rip and replace. They want AI that just works with whatever they already have. And if someone comes along who can do that for them, they'll happily pay. They understand the future is "AI or die".
Consultants and agencies are vibe coders now. They can build anything and are ready to sell anything to any company with a budget. But anything is dangerous — endless scope creep, misaligned expectations, and while vibe coding might be fast, custom app rollouts are not. And the massive elephant in the room: nobody wants a new app, even if it's custom.
Mug is the bridge between both sides. It's fast, flexible, priced right, and has all the pieces you need for fully-custom AI automation at work, without the new app nobody wants.

Build custom AI automation faster than ever, with the AI you already pay for
Claude Codex Cursor + Mug CLI Agent Kit
Every other AI automation platform gives you AI integrations or their own AI agent to build on their platform. Mug lets you build just like you would any other project — locally with Claude, Codex, or Cursor, using the AI subscription you already pay for. No extra limitations or token budgets to deal with.
Mug's CLI Agent Kit ships everything a cold coding agent needs to build anything on the Mug platform in minutes — skills, docs, CLI commands, and a one-command deploy pipeline to Cloudflare. Want to use GitHub? Go for it — Mug workspaces are literally just code repos. Push/pull from Mug and backup to GitHub in 1 local folder.
And it all runs on real code — TypeScript for workflows and business logic, SQL for querying data across every connected system, JSON for configuring custom AI agents and surface interfaces, and Markdown for writing agent instructions and skills. Instead of depending on prebuilt modules or tools to cover your client's use case, you (or your agent) write exactly the code you need, and the skills and docs bundled in the Agent Kit show your agent exactly how to do it.

Design and deploy living agents that work for clients
Soul Skills Memory Tools 150+ Models
Mug agents run any of the 150+ models supported by Cloudflare AI Gateway from providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Meta, DeepSeek, and Moonshot AI.
Agents run inside workflows — they spin up when a schedule or trigger pings them, do their job, and go back to sleep. Your clients get predictable costs instead of always-on token burn. Each agent gets a SOUL.md file for its identity, skill files with domain knowledge and procedures, and a BRAIN.db database for persistent memory across runs. And your coding agent sets it all up.
Agents learn over time. They write journal entries for anything insightful they pick up during their work and develop their own "mantra" — a compressed summary of the most critical context they've accumulated. Combined with SOUL.md, agents get both the context you give them and the context they learn themselves.
Agents get a deep toolbox: SQL queries across all synced data, vector search and full RAG over docs and files, external API calls, and the ability to orchestrate workflows.

    Hosting infrastructure done for you
    Cloudflare Tenant Isolated
Hosting is arguably the hardest part of custom AI automation projects, and Mug handles it all for you. mug deploy pushes your workspace to Cloudflare in one command — no Docker, no AWS, no server config. Every deploy is versioned with full rollback to any previous version.
Every Mug workspace is 100% tenant isolated — one workspace can never touch another. Workspaces get a custom mug.work subdomain, or custom root domain on a Business plan.

    Integrate any API in minutes
Connector skill Sync on schedule AI-native SQLite
An AI automation platform is only as good as the systems it can connect to. Mug can connect to any API that you and Claude/Codex/Cursor can build a connector for. Mug CLI ships with a multi-step skill process for walking your agent through researching and/or building OpenAPI specs for any API. Mug also crowdsources every connector anyone builds on the platform on GitHub, so over time, there should be a clone-able connector for pretty much anything you need to connect.
After an API is connected, you configure a sync to pull the selected data from that API on the schedule you need (as often as every minute on Business plan). Synced data is stored as SQLite, a format agents can work with natively. Agents get read-only access by default, and when you do want an edit applied back to the source, that’s configured as a one-off action in a workflow separate from the sync.

Go headless: build workflows, not UI
Surfaces Slack Email SMS Web Mobile
Every builder's least favorite part of building is tweaking pixels on a screen, so Mug skips that part.
Mug is headless — there is no Mug "app" that clients use. Mug has surfaces (simple web page interfaces like forms, portals, and dashboards) and a custom Slack app you install in the client's Slack workspace. You can use one without the other, or neither when humans don't need to be involved or just need a simple text or email.
Use surfaces to give clients simple web forms, portals, and dashboards that work on any device (and they can save to their home screen). Surfaces support email and SMS user authentication for secure and personalized interfaces. Mug automatically configures a workspace home surface that shows users every surface they have access to. Use Slack to let clients chat with Mug agents, trigger workflows with slash commands, receive notifications, and take action via interactive Slack block interfaces.

    Wholesale pricing program
Maximize margin Pass savings to clients Client lock-in
The more Mug workspaces you own, the deeper your discount. Discount kicks in at just 2 workspaces and applies to ALL workspaces you own. See pricing.
Clients can obviously own their own workspace and pay Mug directly, but the idea behind wholesale pricing is that you can own your client’s Mug workspace, you pay the Mug bill, and you get a deeper discount on every client’s workspace as you onboard more clients to Mug.
How you choose to leverage wholesale pricing is up to you:

Increase your margin on the services you sell your clients

e.g. you charge your client $1,000/mo for the services you provide, their Pro workspace normally costs $299/mo, but you have 10 clients on Mug, so you get all 10 of those workspaces for 20% off
P.S. move those workspaces to annual billing for an additional 17% off (2mo free)

Pass the discount along to your clients

e.g. "You get better pricing if you buy through me"

      Build client lock-in

When you own your client’s Mug workspace, they might not even know what Mug is other than 3 letters in their workspace URL (and even that goes away with white-labeling on Business plan). Everything Mug unlocks for them is just part of your service.
